The AGORA is a fully funded leadership development program dedicated to nurturing future leaders from diverse backgrounds. Our sponsors are committed to fostering young leaders based on character rather than race, religion, or financial status.

This immersive 12-day program for high school students aims to unlock their potential and enhance their leadership skills. Participants will learn to think critically, strategize, inspire, and lead purposefully.

We recognize that leadership is essential for all, as everyone eventually leads in some capacity whether it’s at home, the workplace, a team, or a community organization. This program fosters the ability in our participants to grow into confident leaders ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
